On Tuesday, Microsoft confirms that the budget version of Xbox i.e, Xbox Series S is real, and this next-gen console will cost $300. Microsoft announces this in the middle of the night after a U.S. holiday, because of a leak.
Yes! according to the Windows Central report detailing the design and price for the Xbox Series S. But Window Central’s report includes some other details which Microsoft hasn’t confirmed yet.

These details show that the Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X could launch on November 10. That site also claims that the Series X will come with a price tag os around $500.
Microsoft Xbox Series S Specs
But now, Microsoft itself confirmed the upcoming budget Xbox’s price. However, the console will not include a disk drive. While Series X will support 4K gaming, the company’s Series S to be more of a 1080p gaming console. Interestingly, the device will still play the same next-gen games as the Series X.
Meantime, it becomes more interesting as Sony didn’t reveal the price for the upcoming PlayStation 5 yet. The PlayStation 5 will be available in two versions. One will have a disk drive while the other will be an all-digital machine and that’s why speculations are made like, PlayStation 5 will one of the versions could be cheaper.
