But as the Unlock phases are initiated, the migrant workforce is expected to return in search of jobs. Additionally, as the pandemic pushes the needle towards digital (mainly e-commerce related segment), online festival sales are expected to touch $7 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV), leading to the creation of 3 lakh jobs, according to consulting firm Redseer.
And when anyone talks about the e-commerce sector, the delivery partners always play a key role in this segment. Therefore, e-tailers are stepping up hiring, particularly across the supply chain and logistics functions. But is there any bridge to connect these blue-collar job seekers with the right set of firms?

The startup currently has its presence across six metro cities and onboarded 20K Blue-collar Job seekers. The company sets a target to onboard 1 million Blue-collar job seekers in the next 5 months. It claims to conduct a 30K+ automation call in the last 30 Days, 10K+ job matched with full KYC.

Along with this, It offers candidate mobile number tracking – SIM-based location, ATS ( Application tracking system). Notably, the Noida based firm also facilitate AI-driven CV builder.
